Refund & Cancellation

Cancellations
Before kit dispatch — cancellation is allowed. A processing and pharmacy preparation fee will be deducted; the remaining amount is refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
After kit dispatch — no cancellation is permitted once your kit has been dispatched from the pharmacy. The booking must proceed.
After nurse arrival — no refund once the nurse has arrived at your location, regardless of whether the procedure was completed.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Razorpay gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Service issues

If the nurse does not arrive within 45 minutes of the promised ETA, you receive an automatic full refund.

If the service was not delivered as described, contact support within 24 hours of the scheduled visit and we will investigate and resolve your case.
How to cancel

Tap "Cancel booking" on the booking detail screen in the app (only available before dispatch).

Not eligible for refund
- —
Any booking where the kit has been dispatched from the pharmacy.

Any booking where the nurse has arrived at the patient location.
- —
Prescription or consultation fees once the doctor has called or the consultation has commenced.
